Bonus and Promotion Terms

tk 999 offers a welcome bonus for new members and VIP cashback benefits for regular members. All decisions regarding bonuses are final.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

A 120% bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,200 in bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. The bonus amount must be wagered 20 times — meaning ৳24,000 must be bet on a ৳1,200 bonus before withdrawal is permitted.

4.2 VIP Cashback

The VIP program has five levels: Bronze (maximum weekly cashback 0.2%), Silver (0.5%), Gold (0.7%), Platinum (1.0%) and Diamond (1.2%). Cashback is calculated based on total net losses for the week. For example, a Gold level member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 will receive ৳140 in cashback.

4.3 Bonus Misuse

• Each bonus offer can be claimed only once per account.
• If bonus misuse or fraud is found, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• tk 999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All games and betting activities are conducted under the following rules:

5.1 Betting Limits

Maximum and minimum betting limits are set for each game and market. These limits may vary based on the type of game and the user's account.

5.2 Technical Errors

If a game is left incomplete due to server issues, network disconnection or software errors, that round will be considered void and the bet will be returned. However, any abnormally large win resulting from an error will not be recognised.

5.3 Sports Betting

Markets are available for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and other international cricket events as well as other sports. The official announcement of the relevant governing body will be considered final for determining results. If a match is suspended or abandoned, the rules for bet settlement will apply.

5.4 Prohibited Activities

• Placing two opposing bets simultaneously (arbitrage betting) is prohibited.
• Using bots or automated software to play games is prohibited.
• Betting using another person's account is strictly prohibited.
• Any form of manipulation or fraudulent behaviour may result in permanent account closure.
